What Is a Glove Size Calculator?
A glove size calculator converts the circumference of your hand into a standard glove size. Most glove manufacturers base their sizing on the distance around the widest part of your palm. How to Use It
Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your palm, just below the knuckles, with your hand relaxed and your fingers together but excluding the thumb. Enter that measurement and choose whether you measured in inches or centimeters. The calculator returns a numeric glove size (the inch measurement rounded to the nearest half size) plus a letter band from XS to XXL.
The Formula Explained
The numeric glove size equals your hand circumference in inches rounded to the nearest 0.5. If you measured in centimeters, the value is first converted to inches by dividing by 2.54.
