This tool converts a person's age into weeks. While we usually count age in years, expressing it in weeks is useful for tracking infant development, pregnancy milestones, project timelines, or simply for a fun perspective on how much time has passed. The Formula Explained
The calculator first finds the number of days between the two dates, then divides by 7. The whole-number part is the number of complete weeks, and the remainder is the extra days:

Worked Example

Because a calendar year averages about 365.25 days (accounting for leap years), one year equals roughly \(365.25 \div 7 \approx 52.18\) weeks rather than a flat 52.
